Every member of the Paul & Dixon team is an experienced professional. Each has made a career commitment to serve insurance clients. Managing Partners Charles T. Toomey graduated from Providence College in 1954 and began his insurance career as an Agency Marketing Representative with the Royal Insurance Company in 1958. He joined Paul & Dixon as an Account Executive in 1962 and was admitted into the Paul & Dixon partnership in 1964. A member of several area non-profit boards of directors and a former director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Massachusetts, Mr. Toomey lives in Dartmouth with his wife. He has two daughters and four grandchildren.
 Edward A. Connulty graduated from Providence College in 1959 and began his insurance career as a claims adjuster for the Insurance Company of North America in 1962. He managed INA’s New Bedford office from 1968 to 1971. Mr. Connulty joined Paul & Dixon in 1972 as an Account Executive and was admitted to the Paul and Dixon partnership in 1978. A former director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater New Bedford, he lives in New Bedford with his wife and has three children and five grandchildren.
 Stephen W. Connulty graduated from Boston University in 1983 and began his insurance career that same year as an Account Executive with Paul & Dixon. He was appointed Marketing and Sales Manager in 1987 and was admitted to the Paul & Dixon partnership in 1998. A former president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater New Bedford, Mr. Connulty lives in Dartmouth with his wife and twin daughters.
